If you didn’t hear and it’s hard to believe that you haven’t, another wrestler is gone from the WWE. Ashley Massaro is officially gone from the professional wrestling. Can’t say she will be missed though, we haven’t seen her in such a long time, having her gone isn’t that much off a lose. Every since she was on Survivor I have come to the conclusion it was the beginning of the end for her as a professional wreslter.

As far as I’m concerned I will continue to call Kofi Kingston- "Kobi" only for the mere fact that he’s not a worthy Intercontinental champion (at least not yet) and to be honest he is still “green.” He’s only been wrestling since 2005-yes I know there are other wrestlers with even shorter resumes. He debuted in January of 2008 in ECW and didn’t really show me much of anything while he was there. Now they are giving him a run with a title. Why? What happened to all the other guys that haven’t had a title and have been in the federation a lot longer then Kobi? Those with much better mat skills and mike skills would be more entertaining to watch then Kobi, I for one would rather see someone else with the I-C title. Maybe I am blowing all this out of proportion and sooner then later Kobi will improve and show us what he is made of-we will see, we will see. But I’m not holding my breath for him.

Where will this Kane storyline take us? Who is the “he” that Kane is talking about? On the WWE website they have a list of possible people including: Mr. McMahon, Undertaker, Paul Bearer, The Boogeyman, and Ranjin Singh. Is it more then likely Paul Bearer? That is the consensus all over the internet. If it is Percy Pringle, he isn’t saying either way. I suppose this will be one secret we won’t know the answer to until it is revealed. So lets hope the secret stays hidden until it is broadcast on television. But with the technology we have today even if one person talks, we will know who “he” is within minutes of them being told. Will it stay under wraps, only time and the internet will tell.

For a guy that is supposed to show a lot to everyone and be the next big thing (as a reader has pointed out to me-and I can say this with the most extreme confidence- I do not agree at all with that statement), we haven’t seen Carlito since he was traded to Smackdown. I don’t know about you, but I could careless about the man. I think his time in the WWE will be short or/and limited at best. The writers probably don’t know what to do with the man, so he will sit in limbo for quite sometime.

After the beat down by Big show, it looks as if the wedding is back on for Edge and Vickie. I know I’ve said I can’t stand Edge and Vickie, but the reality of the two is this, they are doing their jobs that they were hired to do. They are two people that you love to hate. It’s always a joy to see either one of them get the crap beat out of them whenever they are on television. Oh and can we say wedding crasher….thy name is Undertaker?

Is the Great American Bash already coming up on July 20th? Wow how time flies. Will there be anyone interested in watching the thing? Too many PPV's in such a short time won't help this show. So far the card is HHH vs. Edge for the WWE Championship, CM Punk vs. Batista for the World Championship, Shawn Michaels vs. Chris Jericho, another Cena JBL match (I guess having it be a New York City parking lot brawl will make it better—now that’s funny), and Natalya vs. Michelle McCool for the WWE Divas Championship……………oh I’m sorry I must have dosed off there for a minute. The only one that would be a good match is Michaels vs. Jericho. They have built it up for a good long time and have made it interesting to watch. All the other ones seemed to have been thrown together at the last minute (as is the case with the WWE and their storylines).

I see Tony Atlas is Mark Henry’s manager now. Will this last? Insiders speculate that it won’t because of Atlas’s odd backstage behavior. But Vince loves the guy, so only Vince knows how long he will be around. I have no idea why they did this either because with a subpar wrestler such as Henry, having Atlas there won’t help anyways. Throwing a dress on a pig still makes it a pig. As I’ve said before about Henry, he couldn’t wrestle his way out of a half ripped paper bag.

Now onto a quick note on the TNA wrestler Moose who was apparently livid when she found out that someone had posted a video clip of her breaking her leg at an indy show this past Sunday on YouTube. I thought when fans go to these types of things it’s a public event and many people have cameras at these functions. I am right about this aren’t I? It is still a free country to do this isn’t it? How can she expect there wouldn’t be any cameras there? Besides, the publicity for her in the long run probably helped. Here’s some quick information, the video garnered over 70,000 views in less than two days before it was pulled sometime late Tuesday/early Wednesday. It has since been pulled off of the site entirely. Yes it was a tragedy, yes it was horrible and we all will pray that she has a full recovery. You have to realize though, when you are in the spotlight in anything in this country, you will eventually be taped, photographed, videoed, whatever and it could show up on You Tube or even TMZ or any other gossip show that is on television. If it will garner interest it will be there. Like it or not that’s just the way things are. Video technology is everywhere.

That’s my 3 cents worth, til next time...
